Winterville Gin Valentine’s Release

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, join us as we celebrate a union near and dear to our hearts; white oak barrels used to age bourbon have finally united with our Winterville Gin!
Barrel Rested Winterville Gin, or “Gin Music” if you will, sat for 7 months inside a barrel which previously aged Fiddler Chin Music Bourbon. Distiller of Clear Spirits, Jerry McCall, reformulated the botanical recipe to accentuate the flavors a barrel provides. The new recipe, as well as the addition of white oak staves into the barrel, highlights the oak flavors, even making the barrel a botanical in its own right.
