Join us for a fun and casual wine chat series! This month’s theme explores Frog’s Leap with a tasting of 4 different glasses of wine paired with a Chef Small Plates.
Course 1 : Quinoa Tabouli with english cucumber, golden raisins & herb salad paired with Sauvignon Blanc
Course 2 : Mussels with yellow tomatoes & chorizo saffron broth paired with Chardonnay
Course 3 : Wagyu Meatball Pizza with San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, ricotta & torn basil paired with Zinfandel
Course 4: Pepper Crusted Ahi Tuna “Carpaccio” with arugula & horseradish crema paired with Cabernet Sauvignon
