Menu To Include:
Breton Butter Cake/ Kouign Amann – laminated butter and sugar cake
Rum Baba Napoletana – rum-soaked sweet bun
Maritozzo – Roman breakfast cream-filled brioche
Please note: A small cheese and cracker platter will be offered, however, it might be wise to eat before arriving. But, please plan accordingly, this class can possibly last 3 1/2 – 4 hours. It is a hands-on labor intensive class, all hands-on classes work in shared groups, foods will be divided amongst entire group.
