MadLife’s Patio Has Been Transformed!
Music fans have come to love the local and regional musicians who perform on MadLife’s Patio Stage – a vibrant yet intimate music venue in its own right. Our Patio has always been a great place to hang out and enjoy live music when the weather is perfect, but now, it is weather-proof!
That’s right! MadLife’s Patio is now both an indoor and outdoor space, having been transformed with motorized weather shades featuring GIANT windows and gentle fresh air exchange. If the weather is a bit cold or rainy, we simply drop the shades, crank up the heaters and the music lives on! Yes… it is AWESOME!
Now that our Patio can be fully enclosed, we will continue to book your favorite local and regional musicians through the winter months! Be sure to watch our calendar and future emails for MadLife’s weekly patio artist schedule.

Since both were raised on a heavy dose of Folk, Rock, Blues and Country music, Jane Skillman and Bille Seymour were a near perfect fit to form a musical alliance when they met and formed the duo the Shetands. Fusing strong vocal harmonies and multi instrumentation, these two cover a lot of ground and are sure to provide an enjoyable and entertaining show for all.

Drew Ashworth was born in the deserts of Arizona and raised in the pine covered hills of West Georgia. From birth, he was immersed in the Delta Blues, Southern Rock, R&B, Soul, and Classic Country records in his parents’ collection. He developed a powerful and soulful singing style that was recognized very early in his life. At the tender age of 8, he found an old guitar in his grandmother’s attic and he hasn’t put it down since.
At the age of 13, Drew came under the teachings of master guitarist, renown author, and music instructor Brian Jobson. By the age of 15, Drew was playing shows for spending money in his local music scene of metro Atlanta.
In 2018, Drew released his EP, “The Higher Plan” and appeared on the Alabama Public TV Show “The Dugger Mountain Music Hall” which continues to air on Public TV both in the United States and in England.
In the fall of 2019, Drew went back in the studio and began working on his next EP titled, “Agents of Change” which is slated for international release in 2021.
Drew’s inspiration to create music comes from his love of the music of legends like Warren Haynes, Duane Allman, Dickie Betts, David Gilmor, Pete Townsend, Eric Clapton, Albert King, Buddy Guy, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, Derek Trucks, B.B. King, Joe Bonamassa SRV, Taj Mahal, Santana, Jimmy Page, John Mayall, Jeff Beck, Van Morrison, Keith Richards, Tom Petty, and Marcus King to name a few.
When he isn’t touring with his band or performing as a solo acoustic musician he enjoys songwriting, aviation, audio production, adventures with his wife, and being a dad. Drew is also co-owner and the Chief Operations Officer of Crest Pointe Entertainment Group, the largest booking agency in West Georgia/East Alabama.

Wednesday & Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 PM -11:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (serving brunch until 3 PM, full menu thereafter)
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (serving brunch until 3 PM, full menu thereafter)
