The Chefs at CRU have perfected the art of brunch and have created a beautiful 3-course brunch menu. Everyone gets to choose their own unique combination of appetizer, entree, and dessert; Signature Goat Cheese Beignets is a great way to start. Indulge in Roasted Beef Tenderloin & Eggs, Everyone’s Favorite Crab Cake Benedict or Featured Maine Lobster & Saffron Risotto with poached egg. No celebratory meal is complete without our delicious Chocolate Molten Cake and Butter Toasted Lemon Pound Cake with blueberry compote and lemon curd.
