Meditation, Mantras and Mudras with Akasha Searcey

In meditation, we sometimes make use of mantras and/or mudras. Mantras are words or phrases that can be repeated aloud or to oneself with the rhythm of the breath, and mudras are the use of the hands to focus the brain. Join Akasha to understand how these simple practices have massive effects on the nervous system, endocrine system and by proxy can affect the entire body/mind self.
This workshop provides CE credits through Yoga Alliance, is a part of Oya’s 300-hour YTT, and is open to all experienced yoga students.
