Meatloaf Throwdown with Chef Alan

Who’s Ready for a Meatloaf Throwdown???? Does your meatloaf measure up? Is it competition worthy? Here’s your chance for ultimate bragging rights! Chef Alan will lead our group in a spirited night of Meatloaf Madness!
Enjoy an Appetizer and Soup prepared by Chef Alan as he orchestrates the challenge.
The Main Event will consist of each contestant receiving 1/3 lb. of ground beef. An array of possible meatloaf additions will be available to incorporate into your version including the following: Ketchup, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, Dijon, hot sauce, onions, garlic, cheese, thyme, basil, rosemary, breadcrumbs, eggs, Leaning Ladder vinegars, oils and /or spices.
Contestants may bring their own lamb, veal or pork for their versions if they want. The meatloaves are then roasted in a mini meatloaf dish until done. 2 judges will be on hand to sample each meatloaf with an eventual winner declared.
A mashed potato gratin will be prepared and served when the contestants are ready to sit and eat their creations. and dessert will be provided.
The winning meatloaf will go home with a Leaning Ladder Prize and the title of Leaning Ladder Meatloaf Champion!
