Desserts 101 (Hands-On class)
Menu to Include:
Panna Cotta layered with orange & coffee gelee
Pear & Almond Tart – wine poached pears and almond cream filling in a tart crust
Please note: Coffee / Tea Bar will be set up, and a small cheese platter. but please plan accordingly. This class is fun, but also a hands-on labor intensive class and can sometimes be 3 hours long until finished products are ready. All hands-on classes work in shared groups, students will be eating what they make, leftovers if any, may be split amongst the groups.
