Charity Class at YogaSix

YogaSix is hosting a free hot class for those who donate to the charity foundation, Love Your Brain on March 24th at noon!
A note from the founder of Love Your Brain: “During my nursing career, I provided care for many acutely ill patients with TBI and other neurological diseases. This population would require continued care and rehabilitation after leaving the hospital but most of us cannot fully appreciate the support they need to “return to daily life.” LYB provides caregivers and those living with TBI by offering programs with yoga and mindfulness to support their resilience, recovery, and overall well-being.”
