Folk-pop creator, guitarist and singer Christopher Alan Yates, an Atlanta native, is a collaborative soloist who writes and performs both alone as well as with friends and writer’s groups. son of country guitarist and bluegrass bassist Doyle “Red” Yates. He co-founded the Atlanta-based band The Sweet Tea Project in 2011 with Ed Roland, the frontman of the Atlanta-based rock band Collective Soul.
