A new smoothie, juice, and bowl shop called Eden Woodstock is opening Spring 2021 in Downtown Woodstock. It will be located at 470 Chambers 
Street, next to Brooklynns and Wanderess Collections. Owners and long-time Woodstock residents, Chris and Stephanie Beck, are excited to bring a healthy and nourishing food options to downtown. Chris said:
We enjoy visiting NYC and experienced fresh juices on just about every corner. We really wanted to bring this uniqueness to Woodstock.
The Becks have been on their own healthy food journey and look forward to deepening their roots in the Woodstock community with this smoothie, bowls, juice shop. But, based on this preliminary sample menu – it’s much more than that!
The four main bowls will be made out of pitaya (dragon-fruit) and the eden bowl will feature fresh blue spirulina.
They are trying to source their fruit, breads, and honey locally or from the southern region. There will be no added sugars in the products they source. They will try to use organic products as much as possible, but for sure regarding the dirty dozen! Stephanie said:
We look forward to educating our customers and creating awareness about the health benefits of our menu items. Our motto is “Noursish to Flourish” and that not only pertains to our bodies, but in helping our community flourish too.
