Chipper’s Club is the latest new restaurant opening in Roswell. Chipper Gronholm, a Roswell native, with the help of some partners, renovated an old building at 659 Atlanta Street and is set to open July 6th. Their Facebook page states:
At Chippers our goal is to create an experience of local old-school dining that has a menu with some constant standbys and ever-changing new exciting meals. The goal is to make everyone who walks in our door feel like they are our family. We will promise you an experience that makes you want to return again and again. We want you to feel at home and enjoy the high level of service that makes Chippers the place where people meet.
They will start with serving dinner only, but then plans are to serve the best local lunch in town, very soon. Chef Mike Gambini will source food from small farms in the area. They also offer a full selection of drinks, desserts made in house, gluten free options and live music on weekends. Enjoy their brand new parking lot with ample free parking, taking care of an issue that concerns many of Roswell’s restaurant owners. They also have the largest deck on the block (fur babies welcome on deck) and is a family-friendly restaurant.
The farmhouse style restaurant will feature some unique Roswell art. Destiny Thompson, wife of Carl Thompson, the proprietor and operator of Chippers said:
It’s also a great spot to celebrate a special occasion as our environment is both relaxed and polished.
