Don’t let the name fool you — Ceviche offers their signature dishes of fresh fish cured in citrus juice (aka: ceviche) as well as authentic Mexican food!
I recently had a couple guests in town, so we headed down to Roswell and the ever busy Canton Street. Even for a Monday, Ceviche was packed and bustling. I had enjoyed a Margarita or two there in past years, but had never ordered from their menu.
We were all happy and with our variety of choices: fish tacos, shrimp ceviche, and a chicken enchilada. Everything was fresh, savory, and delicious. My mouth is watering thinking about our meals!
On the second Tuesday of every month, Ceviche offers what they call a Flight of 3, which is a tasting of three different tequilas. Included are yummy queso and guacamole dips, perfect for nibbling between tequila shots. Reserve your spot here.

Some extra things I love about Ceviche: In the ladies restroom hangs a large sign that reads: Canton Street is the hottest scene OTP! (And Scoop loves to see OTP references.) Even better, Ceviche supports different charities every month, which made me even more endeared to this restaurant.
