A major retail project is coming fall of 2016 in Cherokee County. The new retail development will be in Canton on Cumming Highway and Commerce Drive, off of exit 19 from Highway 575. The Canton Exchange will be in close proximity to Canton Marketplace and the new Northside Hospital Cherokee Campus.
According to Dart Retail Advisors, the following stores have committed:
Planet Fitness
TJ Maxx/Homegoods
Hobby Lobby
Party City
Ashley Furniture
They are still looking to fill more large and small lease space. Check out the sales flier, as well as more information on their website.
In addition, Tuesday Morning will also be building in the area off of Cumming Highway.
