Award-winning photographer Kate T. Parker will discuss her exhibit StrongHearted, as well as her best-selling books Strong is the New Pretty and Heart of a Boy. Kate believes that “everyone should be granted the space to be proud of who they are. This is not necessarily a message specific to girls or boys, rather a human one.” All of Kate’s books will be for sale in the lobby, and she will sign autographs immediately following the talk.
