Cook the Book: Gordon Ramsay’s Home Cooking

With his bold personality and cheeky wit, Gordon Ramsey is a chef we can’t stop watching. Tonight we’ll dive into Gordon Ramsey’s Home Cooking (2013) and learn the chef’s essential tricks and tips for making cooking approachable and fun. Students will work together with our Salud chef to prepare delicious recipes from the book and then sit down family-style to enjoy them.

Alpharetta Farmers “Mini” Market

We are excited to announce that the Alpharetta Farmers Market will be open this Saturday from 9am – 12 pm with a “mini” farmers market.
You will be able to shop in person from 20 vendors at our NEW temporary location in the parking lot of Urban Hardware, 11770 Haynes Bridge Rd #501, Alpharetta, GA 30009.
Be sure to check out our modifications as we continue to keep our social distance at the market for our common good.

Date Night: American Coastal

Spring’s the perfect time for savoring coastal flavors. Join us and get hands-on practice shaping and pan-frying crab cakes, making a delicious potato salad and tasty succotash. Plus, you’ll practice deep frying funnel cakes and feel like a kid again when you bite into them.

Homemade Pasta & Sauces – Spring Edition

If you haven’t got an Italian mamma to teach you how to make pasta at home, join us for a hands-on experience of the process! Making your own pasta is deeply satisfying, surprisingly easy, and the results are delectable. Students learn the techniques for making a basic pasta dough; using a pasta machine to roll and cut fettuccini, ravioli, and preparing pasta sauces. At the end of class, we’ll sit down to an Italian pasta feast.

Wine & Dine: France

No one place embodies the spirit and origins of contemporary culinary and winemaking concepts more than France. On this night we’ll pair some of our favorite French foods with some outstanding wines from the various regions of France.
