Airborne Canton, the largest aerial adventure park in Georgia, is coming to Cherokee County. The principal owners Josh and Brooke live locally in Hickory Flat and are parents of a 12 and 9-year-old kids.

They have visited many trampoline parks with their kids, and after seeing the explosive growth in the community, they knew Airborne Canton was a perfect place for families to be active together. The name Airborne comes from the owner’s military background; he is a former Infantry Officer and Army Ranger.

Their 60,000 square foot facility will be located near Etowah Park at 500 Brown Industrial Parkway. The park will feature over 10,000sf of trampoline surface to include dodgeball, slam dunk, a trapeze, log roll, battle beam and more. It will also have the first reaction jump wall where jumpers compete against each other.

They are building another space for older kids and adults that are seeking more daring adventure with an 18-foot ramp built by the same designers who built ramps for the Salt Lake Olympics. People can use boards, scooters, or rollerblades and land in a free-standing airbag. In addition, they have a high jump structure to flip and fly off of and land into an airbag. You can also take advantage of the 2,000 square feet of bouldering walls for a climbing adventure.

Their convenient location at the intersection of 575 and HWY 20 makes Airborne Canton an easy destination for those living along the 575 corridor from Marietta to Blue Ridge. Residents of Milton, Woodstock, Roswell, and Alpharetta are also in their target market because of their close proximity to the park. Josh said:

We would like to thank The City of Canton for making this a smooth building process and their continued support in bringing Airborne Canton to Cherokee County.

In addition, they’ll feature food and beverage service from Milton-based Purpose Snackery. Partnering with Purpose Snackery as the food and beverage provider will be a key differentiator for Airborne. Purpose will be serving healthy and wholesome food options for their adventure seekers and party-goers instead of the typical concession stand items seen elsewhere. In fact, neighboring business can pop in and eat.  Brooke said:

I love that we are providing a healthy option for parents and kids to enjoy while visiting Airborne Canton.

For birthday parties, they will offer first class service and VIP parking for those booking a party. They have 8 private party rooms, so they are a great choice for church groups, team parties, or corporate team building events. The parties will have their choice of Purpose Snackery’s gelato flavors and toppings as well as other delicious foods.

Airborne Canton will also be offering toddler day everyday on weekdays from 10-3; which is unique for trampoline parks.

They plan to open in Fall 2018. Follow them on Facebook and Instagram @airbornecanton with giveaways and prizes leading up to the grand opening probably starting in July. Follow us on Social Media for the latest updates around town.
