We’ve kept it no secret that we love Downtown Woodstock. The offerings are plenty — from great food, to boutique shopping, to nightlife to nature. What else could it possibly need? Enter MadLife Stage & Studios, coming this spring to Main Street. MadLife Stage & Studios will be a music recording studio and the newest venue to offer live music and entertainment. All in Woodstock!

How did Woodstock become the future home for MadLife? Owners Mike and Kerrie Levi did their homework for months trying to determine the best location for their business. What sealed the deal was Woodstock’s cool vibe, established popularity that still had room for growth, and its proximity to other OTP cities. Woodstock is within 15 miles of hundreds of thousands of OTP dwellers that are craving a local, live music venue.

MadLife Stage & Studio is going to have three sections of the building. The front 25% will be the MadLife Bar & Grill, where anyone can come in and enjoy food and drink. The middle 45% will be the MadLife Stage, where the live music events will be held. The last 30% in the back will be the MadLife Studio, the working audio production facility for recording artists, as well as to record the performers.

If you drive down Main Street, you have probably seen the construction going on at MadLife. They are hoping to open this spring, and already have some artists booked to perform. They plan on having a calendar of performers posted in March. Things are really moving along!

Follow MadLife Stage & Studio on Facebook to see the progress with their building and musical acts that they have scheduled. It’s such an exciting addition to Woodstock and OTP, you may never have to go ITP again! Here’s some other After Dark suggestions for you to enjoy!
