If you love to dance, or would like to learn a few new dance steps, then Club 201 might be just the place for you! We have not been able to actually visit Club 201 yet, but this place has so much to offer that we just had to share!
Located in the American Legion Post 201 in Alpharetta, “Club 201” has lessons and dances every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The club boasts a 2800 square foot hardwood dance floor, which is the second largest in the state.
All dances are open to the public, with Friday and Saturday being 21 and over. The smoke-free venue has a kitchen for all your snack needs and a very reasonable cash bar is also available.
What kind of dances can you learn at Club 201? East and West Coast Swing, the Waltz, the Cha-Cha, Two-Step, line dancing and much more. You can come early for the dance lesson with professional instructors and then stay the evening for the dancing and music. Admission to the dance party is free with paid lesson. And the funds raised benefit veterans and active duty projects, so you get to feel good about having fun!
