PURE Taqueria serves authentic Mexican food in a fun atmosphere. They have four OTP locations: Downtown Woodstock, Duluth, Roswell, and Alpharetta.
The PURE franchises OTP are known for being great social spots as well as great restaurants. It is unusual to see the two combined so well, but owners Chris and Michelle Sedgwick, who have other restaurants under the Sedgwick Restaurant Group, must know the key to success because PURE has expanded all over Atlanta since 2005.
The first restaurant was opened in an abandoned 1920 PURE fuel oil station (hence the name) in Alpharetta. In an interview with OneHundredTables.com, Chris said PURE was built as a hangout. The Woodstock location boasts a popular hang out spot upstairs on their awesome deck, which is open seasonally. But no matter which location you choose, the atmosphere is loud, fun, and a great place to mingle and meet new and old friends — when you have so many tequila choices and 11 different margaritas, it has to be a fun place to visit!
As you know, I am a creature of habit. When I find something I like, I order it again and again. I love their fish tacos and ceviche, but I wish I was more adventurous in trying new things on their menu because it all looks great. Owner Chris says he loves the Tres Leches Cake!
